Submitted photo The Duryea at Dusk committee raised $10,750 for the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute at its third Duryea at Dusk 5K and Festival held in early June in Duryea. The event featured a 5K run, a one-mile fun walk and a festival including food, games, basket raffles, local business vendors and a deejay. Proceeds from this event will help the Cancer Institute continue to ease the burden of cancer in northeast Pennsylvania and support the local community through their programs and services.
